Pleased with the purchase but at times they get stuck and you're unable to change the weight setting.So far the dumbbells have performed great. I really like the fact they have a lifetime warranty.I ordered 2 and they arrived yesterday. One packaged very nicely. The other had smaller box with styrofoam crushed. Base is fine with one but cracked in the other. Mechanism buttons red on one yellow on the other. Mechanism smooth on one but different and sticking on the other. Dumbbell smoothly slides out of the base with one and the base needs to be worked out the dumbbell on the other. I’m reaching out to LifeProfor possible replacement.Update: last evening while using the dumbbell that was clearly the different one. The last weight was sticking to the handle. Upon inspecting it a piece of the internal plastic mechanism was broken off and lodged it between the weight and handle. It eventually came off and is sitting in the base. I’ve called LifePro and sent email and text to theirListed numbers. But to recap. Delivered Monday broke on Wednesday. I do believe this was a delivery process issue but we’ll soon see how LifePro handles it.So I have been looking into various adjustable dumbbells and found these. I liked that they go up to 80 pounds which most don't at this price point. Between my two teenage sons and I, these dumbbells get used multiple times a day with multiple adjustments and they are holding up great. I was a little worried bc the handles felt like they might be slippery at first but that hasn't been an issue.Great value! Easy to setup! We will see the longer term durability over the next few months.Love this adjustable dumbbell. Very easy to adjust. Just push the yellow tabs down, spin the cylinder to the desired weight and push the yellow tabs back in.Weight feels solid. Feels sturdy and well made. I have a 52.5 pound Bowflex set that frequently jams when I adjust the weight. This one does not do that. Highly recommend if you are looking for a heavier dumbbell for your workout.This is a follow-up review. LifePro replaced the defective dumbbell and it works as stated with no issues. Outstanding customer service and I appreciate that.After one week of use already having issues with weights sticking and not seating well when changing weight. They are easy to use and takes up a lot less room than having multiple weights.Great company with amazing customer service, one of my dumbbells were damaged during shipment, I emailed customer service through Amazon and the sent out a new one without questions ask.and also paid the freight for the one that was damaged.love the product, really happy with my decision and purchase.
