I had to laugh at this, not because it's not a good workout, but because everything about it is so dated, in a good way. It reminds me of all the tv aerobics shows I was addicted to growing up. My body even remembered some of the old moves. Awesome to see and do. It's light and low impact, but you can make it a great workout by using hand weights throughout, keeping your arms busy, and moving through any slow parts. I like doing this "tape."
