I love the Vietri line and was so excited to find it offered in melamine. The melamine offerings are lovely and visually undetectable from the conventional dinnerware. I ordered the dinner plates, the pasta plates and the salad plates. All are great, with the exception of the dinner plates, which have a critical issue……utensils slide right off the plate. It would help to have a deeper lip around the exterior so that the fork, etc., could settle in.
