These are VERY strong. I tried one on myself to see how they work, Almost burns a bit when applied to my forehead and I can feel the menthol in my eyes a bit (to be fair I don’t have a fever). They will cool you down but it might hurt a bit. My son seemed to be uncomfortable at first but got used to it.
