These are great hinge shims. They fit the contour of the hinge perfectlyWe recently took off a hinged closet door and an interior door and installed a barn door kit. (Did not use the old doors) Everything looked and worked great except that the old door way frame had unfinished depressions where the old door hinges were located. These plates fit exactly into the old depression and look great!First the product is perfect for what I need. It appears it will fit well in my old hinge spots. Product gets four stars but Amazon fulfilled gets two stars.I ordered with Prime and Amazon was fulfilling the order. The description says “ You will get 3 complete hinge filler plates.” I ordered two packets (total six fillers) but received two individual fillers. I was missing four fillers. I chatted Amazon since they fulfilled the order and they sent me the order again. I received the order and it contained just two individual hinge fillers again. I called Amazon this time and they issued an Amazon gift card so I could order again and hopefully get what I need this time. Maybe third time is the charm with Amazon? Nope, Amazon only sent two packets of single hinge fillers. Now I have the total of six I originally ordered. Amazon needs to realize that the product is individually wrapped to protect the finish so they need to grab three individual hinge fillers to fulfill the 3 pack order.Fit perfectly. Made the door frame touch up easier. Only wish they made matching latch hole covers.Did what was intendedGreat way to add shims on a door that had black hinges. Brought the door out enough to not rub anymore, and they are virtually invisible.I took the doors off a bedroom closet to put a desk in there. These worked perfectly to finish off the hinge mortices.This is a well-made set of three inserts that fill in the gaps left when a door is removed from a door jamb. The hinge fillers fit the spaces in the door jamb and fasten easily. A curious thing was that some of the provided screws were cross-point and some were slotted; that's a curiosity, not a problem. I thought the pricing was a little high but not high enough to drive me away. I would buy the set again if needed.
